Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Sustainably

  Place the unused items back into their original shipping box or any recycled mailer you have available, ensuring it is securely sealed with paper tape.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
